Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables of your choice and slice them into thin slices. Mix in a large bowl with a little olive oil, salt and paprika powder.
  2. Spread the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 140 degrees Celsius for approx. 50 - 60 minutes. Open the oven several times during the baking time to let the steam out.
  3. Herbal quark goes well with it.
