Instructions

  1. Thaw the fish fillet and cut into cubes.
  2. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl. Mix with soy sauce and oil. Add the fish cubes, turn in the marinade and cover in the refrigerator.
  3. Bring the meat stock to the boil, add the soup vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the fish cubes for 2-3 minutes and add to the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
