Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and finely slice them with the zucchini.
  2. Spread the vegetables on an oiled baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Mix the garlic, milk and cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
  4. Bake the gratin in the oven at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 30-35 minutes.
  5. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, crumble the sheep`s cheese and sprinkle with the chives on the gratin and serve.
