Vegetable Kebab Instructions

  1. Wash the courgettes and cut into cubes.

  3. Wash bell peppers, remove seeds, cut into squares.
  4. Mix the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, add oil. Leave on for 3-4 hours.

  5. String the pieces of vegetables on skewers. Fry the vegetable kebab over hot coals until soft, turning over from time to time.
