Then put the carrots and Brussels sprouts in a large saucepan with boiling salted water. After cooking for 5 minutes, add broccoli, kohlrabi, peas and celery and cook for another 5 minutes. Then drain the vegetables, rinse in cold water and drain well.
Put the oil in a pan and briefly fry the vegetables in it, now add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and serve.
I prefer to serve this pan with fish, e.g., Cod or salmon fillet.
