Ingredients

  • 200 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 0.5 ½ kohlrabi, cut into sticks.
  • 180 g carrot (s), sliced
  • 150 g peas, boy
  • 100 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and prepare the vegetables.
  2. Then put the carrots and Brussels sprouts in a large saucepan with boiling salted water. After cooking for 5 minutes, add broccoli, kohlrabi, peas and celery and cook for another 5 minutes. Then drain the vegetables, rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. Put the oil in a pan and briefly fry the vegetables in it, now add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and serve.
  4. I prefer to serve this pan with fish, e.g., Cod or salmon fillet.
  5. Of course you can vary with the vegetables.
