Instructions

  1. Dice the zucchini, bell pepper and feta, quarter or slice the mushrooms and halve the tomatoes and place in a large bowl with the corn and kidney beans. Add thyme, oregano and the herbs a little olive oil and mix everything well.
  2. Lay out 6 sections of aluminum foil (always two on top of each other) and distribute part of the vegetable mixture on top. Fold up the aluminum foil and twist it together so that the whole thing looks like small bags.
  3. You can add some balsamic vinegar and herb vinegar to the remaining vegetables in the bowl and eat them as a salad, otherwise the whole thing is enough for approx.
