Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, fry the Cabanossi bacon, onions and garlic in it, top up with the meat stock. Add peppers, tomatoes and potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the beans and corn, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
