Instructions

  1. For the cheese dumplings, first stir the butter until creamy, then add the cheese, egg, salt and flour. Process everything well and form small dumplings out of it.
  2. Bring the stock to the boil, add the vegetables and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Now insert the cheese dumplings and let them steep for about 10 minutes.
