Wash and clean all the vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces and distribute in a baking dish, add a little water. Spread the oil on the vegetables and season with salt, sugar and possibly nutmeg and pepper to taste. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend adding two small, hot peppers.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes, then it`s best to try out whether the vegetables are cooked through. I cannot give the exact baking time because it is not the same from vegetable to vegetable.
The recipe is also great for losing weight and has roughly the same effect as the magic cabbage soup.
