Ingredients
- 4 peppers, colored
- 4 large onion (s)
- 4 large potato (s)
- 3 pointed peppers, green
- 1 leek
- 5 medium tomato (s)
- 4 carrot (s)
- 2 hot peppers, red, optional
- 4 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 20 ml olive oil or rapeseed oil
- 0.5 ½ glass water, approx.
- sugar
- nutmeg

- Wash and clean all the vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces and distribute in a baking dish, add a little water. Spread the oil on the vegetables and season with salt, sugar and possibly nutmeg and pepper to taste. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend adding two small, hot peppers.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes, then it`s best to try out whether the vegetables are cooked through. I cannot give the exact baking time because it is not the same from vegetable to vegetable.
- The recipe is also great for losing weight and has roughly the same effect as the magic cabbage soup.
