Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sweat it in butter. Add the oatmeal and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let the oatmeal mixture steep for about 15 minutes over a very low heat. Then add the egg and mix everything well, season with salt and pepper and mix in the finely chopped parsley.
  2. Shape the dough into burgers and fry them golden brown on both sides in the hot germ oil.
  3. Herbal quark and a raw carrot salad taste great with it.
