Instructions

  1. Allow the soy shredded meat to swell according to the instructions on the packet. Dice the bell pepper, peel and dice the onions. Fry them in heated oil in a saucepan with the soy strips. Add the tomatoes and kidney beans with the liquid and simmer for at least 30 minutes (until creamy).
  2. Season to taste and serve as you wish.
  3. I leave out chili for the children, but it`s still very spicy.
  4. It goes well with spelled, rice or bread.
  5. According to the current ww program (2010), 5 portions each result in 4 points.
