Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, carefully cut in half and scoop out with a teaspoon.
  2. Put 1/4 of the mixture in a bowl and chop up. Crumble the feta cheese and add it. Grate the tofu finely with the help of a chopper and roast it well in a pan over medium heat, season with stock powder. Add to the bowl with the tomato paste. Stir, add a little hot water, if necessary. Season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture into the hollowed out zucchini. Place in a flat oven dish.
