In a pan of fat, I take coconut oil, let it get hot and pour in the oatmeal mixture. Use a wooden spoon to divide the mixture over and over again during the frying process, as you would when roasting minced meat.
When everything is golden brown, add the onion, turn off the stove and let it cook for a minute.
Tip: Prepare the sauce for a Bolognese and only add the mince at the end. Likewise with stir-fry vegetables. Also ideal for casseroles.
