Ingredients

  • 130 g oatmeal
  • 100 g cheese, rated (vean: pizza melt)
  • 130 ml milk (vegan: unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 egg (s) (vegan: egg substitute)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot as rose
  • some herbs Provence
  • some broth, granular
  • onion (s)
  • Fat for frying, e.g., coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except for the onions (this is best done by hand) and let stand for 10 minutes. If you like onions, you can cut a small onion into cubes, sauté in a little fat and set aside.
  2. In a pan of fat, I take coconut oil, let it get hot and pour in the oatmeal mixture. Use a wooden spoon to divide the mixture over and over again during the frying process, as you would when roasting minced meat.
  3. When everything is golden brown, add the onion, turn off the stove and let it cook for a minute.
  4. Tip: Prepare the sauce for a Bolognese and only add the mince at the end. Likewise with stir-fry vegetables. Also ideal for casseroles.
