- Chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with 3/4 l water and add 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock powder. Add the lentils.
- Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and add them. Cook for about 20 minutes until the lentils are cooked through.
- Season to taste with the spices, it can be a little more intense, as the yoghurt softens it at the end.
- Before serving, add a dollop of yogurt to the vegetables.
- You can also use other vegetables, the dish is well suited to use leftovers!
