Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, loosen the pulp around the core and cut into small pieces. Peel and roughly grate the carrots. If desired, peel and cut the apple.
  2. Roast the sunflower seeds in a non-fat frying pan. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, Cremefine and sugar. Stir in the fruit and vegetables, mix well and let them steep for a moment.
