Ingredients
- 1 small mango (s), ripe
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons oil without a strong taste its own
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) sugar or some liquid sweetener
- 2 tablespoon Cremefine

- Peel the mango, loosen the pulp around the core and cut into small pieces. Peel and roughly grate the carrots. If desired, peel and cut the apple.
- Roast the sunflower seeds in a non-fat frying pan. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, Cremefine and sugar. Stir in the fruit and vegetables, mix well and let them steep for a moment.
