Instructions

  1. Cook, drain and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onions, peel and press the garlic.
  3. Fry the onions until they are golden brown and almost crispy.
  4. Sear the mushrooms in another pan, add the pasta and brown. Add the garlic over medium heat, fry briefly and then season. Quickly add the cream and stir in the honey.
