Clean and chop the carrots and broccoli. Drain the corn.
Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the carrots and broccoli in it. Later add the corn and fry with it.
In the meantime, cook the noodles in enough salted water until they are firm to the bite.
Dice the tomatoes, stir into the vegetables with the tomatoes and let simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock, basil and paprika powder.
Drain the pasta, mix with the vegetables and let simmer a little longer. Maybe some more seasoning. Finally stir in the crème fraîche and don`t let it boil anymore.
