Instructions

  1. Fry the onion in a little oil, add the potato cubes and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer everything on a low level. After ten minutes add the pepper pieces and mushrooms (if you add the juice of the mushrooms, the whole thing will be soupy). After another five minutes add the pizza tomatoes and cook with them.
