Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips with a peeler. Clean the fennel and bell pepper and cut into thin strips.
  2. Put 1 nut-sized piece of butter in the hot pan. Add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. Swing through twice.
  3. Season with herb salt and pepper. Slice cheese over it if you like and serve.
