Work the flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla pulp, salt, butter and egg yolk into a dough.
Roughly chop the chocolate. Knead the chocolate chips and white chocolate well into the dough.
Now shape the cookies, press in the roughly chopped dark chocolate and shape the cookies a little flat.
Bake at 190 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
After baking, let it cool down on the wire rack for 10-15 minutes (be careful, fragile!)
The amount of ingredients makes 12 large cookies. I prefer to make 20 smaller cookies out of the crowd. The baking time for the small version is around 8 minutes.
