Instructions

  1. Work the flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla pulp, salt, butter and egg yolk into a dough.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate. Knead the chocolate chips and white chocolate well into the dough.
  3. Now shape the cookies, press in the roughly chopped dark chocolate and shape the cookies a little flat.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. After baking, let it cool down on the wire rack for 10-15 minutes (be careful, fragile!)
  6. The amount of ingredients makes 12 large cookies. I prefer to make 20 smaller cookies out of the crowd. The baking time for the small version is around 8 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
