Finely dice the onion and sweat it in a little oil until it is nice and translucent. Reduce the heat, then add paprika, curry powder, salt, pepper and tomato paste and stir-fry briefly. Then deglaze with the orange juice and stir well until it becomes a homogeneous sauce. Now add the tomatoes, cinnamon and sugar and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season as needed and according to your own taste.
