Instructions

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Add the vegetable stock (either homemade or instant stock) to the mashed potatoes. Add enough water and milk until the potato soup has the desired consistency. Refine with a little cream. Season with a little vegetable stock (instant powder) if necessary.
  3. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  4. Serve with waffles or meat sausage.
