Ingredients
- 1 pack mashed potatoes
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- 1 cup cream
- water
- milk
- Parsley, chopped
- some vegetable stock (instant powder)

- Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packet.
- Add the vegetable stock (either homemade or instant stock) to the mashed potatoes. Add enough water and milk until the potato soup has the desired consistency. Refine with a little cream. Season with a little vegetable stock (instant powder) if necessary.
- Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
- Serve with waffles or meat sausage.
