Ingredients
- 750 ml milk
- 6 sachets vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 grams flour
- 3 tablespoons water

- Mix the milk, vanilla sugar, sugar and egg yolks together well in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Mix about 40g flour with about 4 tablespoons of water without lumps and also add to the saucepan. Cook for approx. 1 minute while stirring.
- Serve warm or cold.
