Ingredients
- 1 ½ liter meat broth or vegetable broth
- 9 tablespoon, leveled semolina
- some nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Parsley, chopped or chives rolls

- Bring well-seasoned soup to the boil, slowly stir in the semolina and let the soup simmer gently for about 25 minutes.
- Turn off the stove. Mix egg yolks with milk and nutmeg and stir into the soup. Serve sprinkled with parsley or chives.
