Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the radish slices with salt, mix and let stand covered for 30 minutes (or longer), then drain off the water.
  2. Mix the radish, apples and cucumber. Whip the sour cream until frothy, season with pepper, pour over the salad, sprinkle with dill and season with salt if necessary.
