First wash 5 limes thoroughly (warm water) and scrub off with a brush. Then halve and squeeze 4 limes. Then halve the squeezed limes again and place in a carafe. Pour the 5 tablespoons of sugar over the limes. Then pour the ginger ale and mineral water into the carafe and mix with the juice of the lime.
Then let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Quarter the last lime and place in a glass. Pour 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the limes and beat / stir together. Pour some crushed ice into the glass and pour the cocktail over it.
