- 6 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 0.5 liter ½ ginger ale
- 1 liter mineral water
- Crushed ice

- First wash 5 limes thoroughly (warm water) and scrub off with a brush. Then halve and squeeze 4 limes. Then halve the squeezed limes again and place in a carafe. Pour the 5 tablespoons of sugar over the limes. Then pour the ginger ale and mineral water into the carafe and mix with the juice of the lime.
- Then let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Quarter the last lime and place in a glass. Pour 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the limes and beat / stir together. Pour some crushed ice into the glass and pour the cocktail over it.
