• 0.25 liter ¼ coffee, stronger, well chilled
• 125 ml apricot liqueur (apricot liqueur)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 4 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
• 60 ml whipped cream, whipped (cream)
• possibly coffee powder and hollow sticks

Instructions

1. Mix the cold coffee with apricot liqueur and vanilla sugar in the blender for about 1 minute. Pour the ice cream into two tall glasses and pour it over them. Dress the whipped cream on the iced coffee.
2. Garnish with coffee powder and hollow sticks and serve immediately.
