Ingredients
- 0.25 liter ¼ coffee, stronger, well chilled
- 125 ml apricot liqueur (apricot liqueur)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
- 60 ml whipped cream, whipped (cream)
- possibly coffee powder and hollow sticks

- Mix the cold coffee with apricot liqueur and vanilla sugar in the blender for about 1 minute. Pour the ice cream into two tall glasses and pour it over them. Dress the whipped cream on the iced coffee.
- Garnish with coffee powder and hollow sticks and serve immediately.
