Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, add a mug of cream and approx. 1 1/4 mug of water and stir everything with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Season the dough with maple syrup - you don`t need much. Let the dough soak for 1 hour.
  2. Put approx. 2 tablespoons of batter into the waffle iron and bake. Place the finished waffles on a wire rack.
  3. Raspberry cream goes very well with it.
