Instructions

  1. Read out the woodruff, remove the stalk, wash and drain well. Cover with sugar and 0.5 bottle of wine and let stand for 30 minutes. Then strain into a cold punch bowl, pour over the remaining chilled wine and chilled sparkling wine. Keep punch well cool! A punch bowl with an ice insert is best for this. Or put a punch bowl in a bowl with ice - never put ice in the punch!
