Instructions

  1. Steam the potatoes, peel them and press them through the potato press.
  2. Knead into a dough with potato starch, spelled semolina, salt and nutmeg. Process everything hot as quickly as possible. The dough should no longer stick, otherwise add potato starch.
  3. Form dumplings and simmer in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
  4. This amount gives 6 dumplings.
  5. Goes very well with game goulash.
