Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), floury (potatoes)
- 120 g potato starch
- 2 tablespoon semolina (spelled semolina)
- salt
- nutmeg

- Steam the potatoes, peel them and press them through the potato press.
- Knead into a dough with potato starch, spelled semolina, salt and nutmeg. Process everything hot as quickly as possible. The dough should no longer stick, otherwise add potato starch.
- Form dumplings and simmer in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
- This amount gives 6 dumplings.
- Goes very well with game goulash.
