Instructions

  1. Let the garlic cloves fall onto the running knife (setting 4, 5 sec.), Add the walnuts and butter and steam for 4 min, setting, 4 min. Then puree everything at level 6 for 6 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the flaked almonds, and cook for 4 minutes, rewind setting 2, 100 degrees. Finally, stir in the almond flakes (preferably roasted) with return flow, speed 1, for 30 seconds.
