- Peel and chop the garlic and put in the chopper.
- Walnut kernels, tomato paste and herbs in the chopper.
- Add the olive oil, chop to the desired consistency, season with the spices.
- Pour into a twist-off glass and place in the refrigerator. Holds up to 8 weeks.
