Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the peppers, cut into small pieces and put in a chopper.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic and put in the chopper.
  3. Walnut kernels, tomato paste and herbs in the chopper.
  4. Add the olive oil, chop to the desired consistency, season with the spices.
  5. Pour into a twist-off glass and place in the refrigerator. Holds up to 8 weeks.
