Instructions

  1. Grind half of the walnuts.
  2. Knead the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, salt, butter in flakes and the ground nuts into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator.
  3. Chop the remaining walnuts, mix with the marzipan, powdered sugar, cocoa and the jam to a smooth mass.
