Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with walnuts, salt and pepper until creamy. Whisk, add and mix the whole egg. Work in the semolina.
  2. Cut out the dough with a tablespoon and shape. Let rest in a cool place for 15 minutes.
  3. Put the chilled dumplings in hot, boiling salted water and leave to stand for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Suitable as a soup insert for clear soups or vegetable soup.
