Chop the chicken breast and pork into small pieces. Put in a blender and puree with the spices, soy sauce and egg yolks. Shape into small balls (2-3cm in diameter) and place on the individual puff pastry sheets. Fold the puff pastry over the corner, fold the right and left corners inwards and press down.
Heat the oil. Fry the wontons in it until they are nice and brown.
