Instructions

  1. Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Cut half the apple into bite-sized pieces. With the exception of honey and walnut oil, add all the other ingredients to the milk and stir. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, until the grain has softened. Finally stir in the oil and honey.
  3. Enjoy warm.
