Beat eggs, sugar and flour well. Dissolve the butter and couverture. Then stir everything together well and put in a small greased dish (e.g. coffee cup).
Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes.
The tartlet has to be a little runny inside.
Tip: cut the fruit into small pieces, e.g., banana, apple and pear.
