- Halve a seedless watermelon, remove the rind and cut into cubes. If the melon has seeds, remove them.
- Put the pieces in a blender, add the lemon ice cream sorbet and lemon zest. Puree the whole thing very well until everything is finely mixed together.
- Add the cold water or mineral water and stir with a wooden spoon. Put the lid on it and let it cool very well in the refrigerator.
- Fill a glass carafe with ice cubes as you like, pour the watermelon drink over it and stir a little.
- Serve in long drink glasses with a melon slice on the rim and a little mint.
