• 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

1. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice. Prepare the watermelon if you haven`t already. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat.
2. Put the sour cream first, then the watermelon and finally the almonds in layers in glasses.
