Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry * crumbly *.
  2. Add the drained corn, the drained beans and the zucchini cut into cubes and cook with them.
  3. Add the vegetable stock and the 2 cans of tomato paste and let everything boil down a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and smoked salt (if available).
