Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 can corn
- 1 can beans, red (kidney)
- 2 small onions
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- pepper
- salt
- Smoked salt, (if available)
- some oil

- Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry * crumbly *.
- Add the drained corn, the drained beans and the zucchini cut into cubes and cook with them.
- Add the vegetable stock and the 2 cans of tomato paste and let everything boil down a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and smoked salt (if available).
- When it is no longer simmering, carefully stir in the sour cream or sour cream (but it tastes good without it too). Taste again - done.
- Noodles also taste very good.
